God has blessed us with a very sweet friendship in recent months. It's kind of funny. I noticed Daphne years ago and thought to myself "I would love to be friends with her". Of course that thought was followed by, "She is probably too busy and has too many friends already". I told this to her recently and she confided that she remembers the first time she met me and she said she thought to herself, "I'd like to be friends with her!" Well, all in God's timing! It's been amazing to see how well their family and our family fit together as friends. We have been praying for and desiring family friends like this for a long time. For those of you who don't have friends like this, it can happen!
We have been wanting to build a treehouse for the kids for a long time. Steve found some wood on a great sale at Home Depot and thus began the project. Actually I think Cary being willing to help began the project! So far he has spent two Saturday's over at our house helping with this and will be coming this Saturday to finish! Thank you Cary and thank you Daphne for sharing your husband with us! We love you guys!

We love you too!!!! I can't wait to see the end result. Cary has REALLY enjoyed working on it and I imagine there will be lots of sweet memories/ adventures had there!
