Gluten...

Well, I had originally gone off gluten for Benjamin. Now I'm having to stay off it for me. I decided to try to add it back in and see how Benjamin did and lo and behold I had horrible intestinal issues afterwards. I'll leave out the gruesome details :) but it isn't pretty. So goodbye gluten.... goodbye! I'll miss you terribly...
